Mt. Zion currently has three (3) scouting components:  Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.  Although we’ve also added Christian-based principles, each component is structured in accordance with the originating organization, Boys & Girl Scouts of America.  Each of our scouting entities is directly affiliated with our local scouting governing authority:

Cub Scouts ~ Besides providing a positive place where boys can enjoy safe, wholesome activities, Cub Scouting focuses on building character, improving physical fitness, teaching practical skills, and developing a spirit of community service.*

  

Meetings are held every Monday in our Children's Center at 7pm.

Boy Scouts ~ The purpose of the Boy Scouts is to provide an educational program for boys and young adults to build character, to train in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and to develop personal fitness.*

 

Meetings are held in our gym every Monday at 7pm.

Girls Scouts ~ Builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. *

  

Meetings are held every first and third Monday in Room 101 of our Youth House.
